This program includes 5 lunches and 5 dinners each week for 4 weeks, delivered to your door (Wednesday, Thursday or Friday, depending on which route, or picked up in our store weekly on Wednesdays). These meals are fresh, never frozen and arrive in eco-friendly packaging. The packaging is microwavable and freezable.

 

This diet is naturally dairy and gluten free.
